19 countries so far had confirmed their participation

Only 19 of 30 compulsory countries had confirmed their participation in Belfast, and all of them had announced their National Final's day. It's so early to start but countries like Montenegro, Ukraine or Armenia want now to announce their song. They'll do it the 20th (Ukraine) and 21th of April (Montenegro and Armenia).
The rest of countries, obviously, had not announced nothing about their National Finals. Turkey has decided to not participate this edition and Andorra too. Possible returns are Georgia, Kosovo or Russia.
