 Tacabro - Tacatá
The latino-american boy Tacabro, has been choosed by Montenegro to represent his nation in this edition with the song Tacata , being choosen by 10 of 13 people of the jury and of course by the televoting in the NF of 29th April
 Nina Badric - Nebo
The same song that represents Croatia at ESC '12 represents Croatia at OSC15. The song is in croatian and it talks about the lovers of this girl, wich was awarded by Balkan Music Awards '12 as the best woman in Balkan who sings.
 Alb & Negru - Spotlight
The dance song of the moment in Armenia is called Spotlight and paying 10,000$ has chosen by the Armenian broadcasting to represent the country in this edition. Armenia returns with Alb & Negru, a romanian groups who is very popular in Eastern Europe.
 Rambo Amadeus - Cobane, vrati se
Kosovo returns to the contest, as Armenia, by Rambo Amadeus who is very popular in Yugoslavia. He sings 'Cobane' (man who takes care abour sheeps) apart of an old song, Rambo has been ''apoyado'' by the 25% of the televoting, on the other hand, the second qualified in the Kosovo's NF was ''apoyado'' with the 12%.
 Sunrise INC - Mysterious girl
A no-knowed band has grown in Ukraine since they win the NF on the 1st of May in Kiev. Sunrise INC is the band who's going to represent Ukraine at Belfast and they are already nr.1 in 12 countries of Europe and USA is uncluded. Mysterious girls is the phenomenon of months of work by the ukraine broadcaster who waits from the results of so much work.
