Norway with Rita Ora's hit "I Will Never Let You Down" has won recently the 23rd edition of the OSC with 327 points. Norway was the favourite by the begining to have the price, and they did it! Of course, they won the televote with 170 points, but they finished 2nd on jury votes so the difference with the second qualified France is not so big. France finished 2nd after winning the jury votes and being 2nd on televote with 121points. They were the surprise, Indila, a new style of artist arrange to get upper than Iggy Azalea (3rd, 4th) and Helena Paparizou (5th with 172 points).
The rest of the top 10 is completed by Romania with Inna and Pitbull singing a catching song (139), Greece, Kosovo, Cyprus and Spain.
